Farmers busy with summer farming across China

As Xiaoshu (Minor Heat), the 11th of China's 24 solar terms, approaches, farmers across China are seizing the farming season to advance summer harvesting, planting and field management. Agricultural machinery is being used to harvest early rice, while farmers are busy transplanting rice seedlings and tending crops. Well-developed irrigation facilities and modern agricultural technologies are providing strong support for agricultural production, as bustling farming activities across vast farmlands lay a solid foundation for stable grain output and a bumper harvest this year.
