Türkiye supports GCI and to jointly promote exchanges and mutual learning between global civilization: Turkish official

BEIJING, July 14 (Guangming Online) -- "We support the Global Civilization Initiative and are ready to work to jointly promote exchanges and mutual learning between global civilizations and to build a better world together, " a senior official from Türkiye said at the Parallel Forum I of the Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting in Beijing on July 12, 2025.

Erdem Ilker Mutlu, Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the Patriotic Party of Türkiye, pointed out that we are witnessing the formation of a world order and a new civilization is emerging, and we are an entirely new era.

"The humanity has came across a set of problems which cannot be resolved through individualistic perspectives of social process, private profit-making, and private ownership, " said Mutlu.

He add that the rising civilization starts a common socio-political program of a multi-polar world-work with sovereign national states that propose elimination of global inequalities, destroying the ego body, which leads to a new world that humanity has been seeking for long, without oppression, without another nation, but through ocean-class perception.

"The role of the rising civilization should be bold enough to prevent global wars.The rising civilization's prostitution is law, powering all humanity's necessities, " said Mutlu.

Themed "Safeguarding Diversity of Human Civilizations for World Peace and Development," the Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting has attracted over 600 guests from 140 countries and regions.
