GENEVA, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Mexican boxer Guadalupe Altagracia Solis Acosta was banned for two years for three whereabouts failures in 12 months, the International Testing Agency (ITA) announced on Tuesday.
The ITA said Acosta committed three whereabouts failures over the course of 2024. She did not challenge the decision and the ITA issued a sanction from April 24, 2025 to April 23, 2027.
Acosta's competitive results were also disqualified from July 1, 2024. The ITA said Acosta has the right to appeal. ■
