Kong highlighted the critical role of Chinese support in advancing Cambodia's poverty alleviation efforts. He emphasized that the enduring and evolving "diamond friendship" between Cambodia and China has been pivotal to these achievements. Looking ahead, he expressed optimism about continued collaboration between the two countries.
