China's State Council Information Office on Thursday released a white paper titled "China's Law-Based Cyberspace Governance in the New Era."
Following the trend of internet development, China has advanced the legal system for cyberspace governance through legislation that is enacted in a well-conceived and democratic way and in accordance with the law. Cyber legislation is becoming systematic, holistic, coordinated, and time-efficient, according to the second part of the document titled "Consolidating the Legal System for Cyberspace Governance".
