At the Global Civilization Dialogue Ministerial Meeting, IOC Vice President Nawal El Moutawakel underscored the event's focus on mutual learning and people-to-people connectivity. Calling it "a unique opportunity to exchange, to learn, to share," she noted the presence of over 100 participants from 140 countries. "Each one here can reach one, and each one can teach one," she said, expressing hope that the gathering would inspire concrete steps toward "a safer world for our children."
