The Eighth Conference of Chinese and African Entrepreneurs was held on September 6, 2024, in Beijing, bringing together business leaders from China and African nations. Entrepreneurs shared their experiences and explored future cooperation opportunities. In an interview with Guangming Daily, Elizabeth Thebe, CEO of the Progressive Business Forum, emphasized the importance of global collaboration, stating, “We are one global community. In this community, it’s crucial to know your role and how to contribute.” Thebe, accompanied by 22 delegates from sectors including agriculture, mining, and technology, expressed optimism for future partnerships following multiple agreements signed during the event.
