The Belt and Road Initiative has played a pivotal role in driving development and improving lives across participating countries. BRI cooperation has delivered real gains to participating countries, and paved a new way to advance modernization in all countries.
The BRI focuses on improving development by addressing major developmental obstacles through the construction of extensive infrastructure projects. By enhancing connectivity through infrastructure improvements, the BRI has substantially reduced trade costs for these nations, thereby increasing their access to the global economy and invigorating their developmental potential. The BRI has been instrumental in industrial capacity cooperation. It has facilitated the creation of competitive industrial systems and expanded participation in global division of labor, creating opportunities for development.
