
In the afternoon of 21 October, 15 middle school students from Yanqing District, Beijing, as representatives of CSCLF "Junior Cultural Ambassadors", welcomed some special guests in their hometown. They are representatives of African youth attending the 6th China-Africa Youth Festival. Together, they visited the Training Center for Winter Sports at Yanqing Convention & Exhibition Center and expressed their wish for the successful holding of the 2022 Winter Olympics.

The 15 students from Yanqing expressed their warm welcome for the 45 representatives of African youth from 44 African countries and invited them to experience Chinese calligraphy. The Chinese students introduced Chinese calligraphy to African youth in fluent English and helped them to write down their own names in Chinese. The venue was filled with the laughter of the students.


Chinese and African youth took photos with their calligraphic works to express their best wishes for the successful holding of the 2022 Winter Olympics.
