Students return to school for new semester in China

Monday marks the first day of a new semester of middle schools and primary schools in Xi'an. Students at the Experimental Primary School in Beilin District were greeted by special wish cards from their teachers, promising them to realize one of their wishes in the new semester, including raising the national flag, having lunch with the headmaster, hugging one favorite teacher, skipping homework once and many others.
