The 4th WIC will be opened on Dec.3-5, it will has 20 forums covering the five topics of digital economy, cutting-edge technologies, internet and society, cyberspace governance and exchanges and cooperation. Two blue books - China Internet Development Report 2017 and World Internet Development Report 2017 – will be released at the conference for the first time to reveal the power and features of countries in an objective and comprehensive way and to show the status quo and trends of China's internet development.
